Capri EGM Provides Build-to-Suit Financing and Announces Acquisition of Global Headquarters for Syneos Health

Institutional Quality Class A Global Headquarters build-to-suit subject to long-term net lease

CHICAGOApril 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Capri EGM, an investment company specializing in corporate build-to-suit and sale leaseback financing, and the acquisition of institutional quality single-tenant office, industrial, and retail net lease properties, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to provide build-to-suit financing and acquire a state-of-the-art, build-to-suit, global office headquarters for Syneos Health, a publicly traded $3.69 billion fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization.

 The Syneos Health Global Headquarters is strategically located in Perimeter Park at the confluence of I-40 and I-540, in Raleigh Durham, North Carolina, adjacent to Research Triangle Park, which is anchored by North Carolina State University, Duke University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and less than 5 minutes from RDU International Airport.  The new Class A facility will serve as the Global Headquarters for Syneos Health.
