EGM aggressively manages its downside risk by investing only in assets that are (i) operationally significant to a corporate tenant’s business model, (ii) 100% occupied by a single tenant under a long-term lease, and (iii) leased by a high credit tenant that meets our credit analysis standards and guarantees the lease.
Our investment objective is to provide our investors with secure, inflation-adjusted returns under various economic conditions with predictable income growth, bond-like cash flow distributions, and capital appreciation.
